Meet Ashley

The Heart Behind Adeva Salon

Ashley Mauch didn’t always know she’d end up in the beauty industry, but once she found it, there was no turning back. After spending a few years in college and working in a job that just didn’t feel like her, she took a leap and enrolled in cosmetology school. It was a bold move, and exactly the right one.

While still in school, Ashley started working at Adeva Salon as a receptionist. It was there she fell in love with the fast-paced, creative, people-first energy of salon life. From behind the desk, she soaked up everything – watching talented stylists, learning the intricacies of the business, and dreaming about one day having a chair (or maybe even a salon) of her own.

After graduating, Ashley kept growing. She took advanced Aveda training, built her cut and color clientele, and found her voice and style as a stylist. She had amazing mentors (including former owner Cassie), who encouraged her to be confident, independent, and passionate about the craft.

In December 2020, Ashley and her husband Jeff officially bought the salon she had come to love. Now, as the proud owner of Adeva, Ashley’s deepest passion involves creating a welcoming space where clients feel cared for, seen, and beautiful.

Ashley was honored to take over the salon from its original owner, Cassie Rosenmeier, who helped bring Adeva to life with heart and hustle. Cassie dreamed up a space where clients could treat themselves regularly without sacrificing quality or affordability. Today, she still works behind the chair at Adeva, sharing her incredible talent and deep roots in the salon’s story.
